Those students who have attained the required criteria for their next belt have the opportunity to receive their next belt and certificate at the graduation ceremony.

An Intent to promote form must be completed and submitted, together with the appropriate fee, two weeks in advance of the graduation ceremony.

The graduation evening starts at 6:00pm, when the whole academy recites the student creed together, then each class in turn, take to the mats to perform techniques they have learned.

After all classes have finished performing their techniques, the presentation ceremony begins. Each class in turn, starting with the Little Dragons, ending in our Adult Black Belt class, step up to receive their new belts and certificates.

After the presentation ceremony, all students can celebrate with friends and family and enjoy the buffet.

The evening is a great social event which all family members are encouraged to attend.  It gives all students the opportunity to see the other classes and to celebrate their achievements with friends and family.
